Mukuzani is an excellent wine from Georgia, made from a Saperavi sort of vine, cultivated in the Mukuzani micro-zone of the Kakhetian region. The wine is aged in an oak barred and has dark ruby colour with oak flavour, spicy taste and saturated flavour. The wine is recommended together with veal, lamb, pork and cheese under a temperature 16º-18º
